Revolution
The creation of The Viniktarian Empire was the final straw by Vinuktian terms, and it was deliberated and decided by The Vinuktian Empire that all Viniktarians should be eradicated from the planet, despite them holding the majority population.
The inevitable conflict between the Viniktarians, and their parent species, the Vinuktians. The Vinuktian's main concern was over population, being that their Viniktarian offspring (from Vaerian/Viniktarian relations) was beginning to overpower the Vinuktian population. By this point, the Vaerians were almost extinct, but due to their peaceful nature and overall love for what they had created with their Vinuktian counterparts, they were at peace with their inevitable demise. Of course, the Vinuktians were different. In order to control the Viniktarian population (which at this point was rowdy, and yearned for power), the Vinuktians enacted a series of laws that reduced their rights and ultimately bound many to slavery and service to their Vinuktian and Vaerian overlords (for the later, the few that remained). Vaerians outright opposed this, but due to the violent and all-controlling nature of the Vinuktians, the laws stayed. This only increased the conflicts between the two species, to the point where a large group of Viniktarians formed up to create The Viniktarian Empire—while not a government currently, the hope was to overthrow the Vinuktians in order to restore peace to the planet and further prosper, and later create a government headed by a monarchy along with a constitution and parliamentary-like system. This group was headed by Sylvani Eyouma Milano xi Eveiliria, a skilled sorceress-turned-warrior whose family had been slaughtered when they disobeyed the Vinuktian government. While she did not originally intend to start a war immediately with the Vinuktians, word spread quickly, which started the war from the moment the Empire had been established. Because their numbers were initially small compared to the vast military of the Vinuktians, the first few battles were easily won by the Vinuktians. Once The Viniktarian Empire's forces grew, by recruiting Viniktarians from all backgrounds, the two sides became equal in terms of force. Sylvani's main strategy concerned conquering land bit by bit in small battles, rather than raging an all out attack on Vinuktian forces, in order to weaken them bit by bit. Her second in command, Elezka Mro Vana xi Warkentava is credited with creating small specialized battalions who were tasked with assassinating Vinuktian military leaders and politicians. Both of these women are credited with turning the tide of the war in favor of the Viniktarians. Ultimately, the Viniktarians had the most to lose if the war did not fall in their favor, as The Vinuktian Empire promised to execute every last Viniktarian once the war was complete. Ironically, once Sylvani's forces had won the war, she ordered that every last Vinuktian either be executed, or exiled if they were of peaceful origin. All in all, over 500 billion Vinuktians either fell in battle, or were executed once the war reached completion. Only 50,000 Vinuktians were exiled to an island thousands of miles from civilization, and a remaining 20,000 were allowed to remain within The Viniktarian Empire after they swore allegiance under oath (80% of these were children, who were then placed in foster care/adopted if displaced from their families). After the war's completion, the Vaerian race was said to have died out approximately 5,000 Earthen years later, with the Vinuktians reaching extinction 200,000 Earthen years later. The Vinuktians were never officially seen as extinct, but those who remained within Viniktarian society (~70%) succumbed to racial violence, or mated with Viniktarians—which resulted in Viniktarian offspring (although slightly mutated). The Vinuktians relocated in exile were checked on approximately 100 Earthen years after they were abandoned, but the island was completely deserted. Some hypothesize that these Vinuktians died of starvation or cannibalism due to the island's scarce resources, but other believe that they were rescued by another civilization visiting Viniktaria, or that they abandoned the island and made their way onto a livable space. Regardless, their whereabouts (or rather, their decedents whereabouts) remain unknown.
