The Vulturefolk

This group is even more secretive than the brotherhood, and only a few people in all of Inonaa know if it’s existence. The Vulturefolk are a large cult, worshipping, death, decay, and the darkness of the cursed middle. While most people who are part of the cult practice it’s beliefs in secrecy, a few high ranked members spend all of their time at the Bonecave, a large cave in the Sand Sea, where the skeleton of a giant Cadavercloud Mother resides. The cultists dress in black robes and usually wear some sort of skull as a mask, to replicate and honor the looks of the god of death. While the group is relatively small in numbers compared to other groups, they still have a lot of people in powerful positions.
The cult wants to harness the power that the cursed middle houses, by making a deal with the three undead spiritbeings to grant the power to rival a god, and then kill the god of death in order to grant immortality to everyone. In this process they also want to bring about a new Storm, to start society from the bottom up again and take control of this new, undead world. They also seem to have access to a new type of magic, which lets people control the dead.
