Seekers

The seekers are terrible creatures that roam the empty lands of Inonaa. These creatures, often residing in or nearby old ruins, are what is said to be left of the Old people. These creatures are big monsters that seem to be made out of black roots and shadows. A lot of seekers resemble humans, but some are so monstrous that the only human-like features are their two arms and legs, no matter how distorted they may be. All seekers have white, glowing orbs as their eyes. They do, however, vary in size and strength. A majority of seekers are smaller and can usually be taken down by one or a few trained fighters, but others require heavy weaponry like ballistas and magic to be killed. Most also have a spot which, when destroyed, will kill the seeker. If one can find it. The seekers are, as said before, said to be the people that lived in Inonaa before the Northern wind, which would explain why they tend to stick around ruins. These creatures seem to have been tasked with tearing down all that is left of them. If someone finds any Oldfolk’s stuff, the seekers will grow violent towards them. But if no one is around, they just pace around aimlessly. During strong winds however, something seems to wake inside them and they attack everything they can find with great physical strength and sometimes they even attack villages. Seekers are all unique, as they all have their own deformities and traits. They also have regenerative abilities, and can be extremely hard to take down.   The seekers only exist in empty places like the fields and sand sea, and have never been found in the forest.   The seekers body turn into to variations of the Gemberry bush when they die
