Osturos

“Sacred world”   Osturos is the generic name of the afterlife, a place where a persons spirit travels when a person dies.  In The Great farmers version, they are said to go here when they die. It’s a mirror image of Inonaa, except for the fact that the people there age backwards, and sickness, hunger and thirst is nonexistent. When a person has “lived a life here”, and is finally a newborn, they are reborn into the real world. Is directly affected by Inonaa, for example, if cities are built, they now exist in Osturos. The Barbarians have a different version of this, The Garden'de ligt, where people are reborn, but to live forever. It's also not a mirror image, but more of the beautiful nature of Inonaa. Still though, it is affected by the real world. Camwaar Ombos believes that his people are having a hard time in Osturos after the Barbarians lost the War of two people. The fire worshippers don't believe in this version of the afterlife, but have a different idea that the sun mother will lift you from the earth and make you a star in the night sky. The Swampdwellers believe that Osturos is a meeting point between the Spiritworld, a giant forest where all the Spiritbeing live, and our world. In this world, they believe that your spirit can finally be at peace.
