Laura Everhill

In the centre of Applebys richer part stands a giant house made out of clearrock, called Servoar, or the Conservatory. It is filled with thousands of rare plants which are to be studied and conserved. This is all taken care of by Laura Everhill, a high-class scientist with a love for everything plant related. Since she was a child, she has spent her days studying and drawing different things she saw in nature. When she learned more about how different plants can be used for things like healing and potions, she was starstruck. She studied nature at the College Dawnbreak in Appelby, and was a core part of building the conservatory. Today she collects plants (or rather pays people to do so). Studies them and documents them in her book; Everything Green-A study of Inonaa's Flora. She is also a good friend of Tim Tublefield, and the two have spent numerous hours discussing tea leaves.

Personality

Laura is generally very anxious, especially when it comes to her plants. People who work for her with retrieving plants might be subjected to a long rant about the sensitivity of a certain flower. But on the other hand, she seems to find beauty in all of nature, something she loves sharing when given the chance. She talks, hums and even sings to her plant, since it, at least according to her, helps them grow.

Appearance

She is often seen wearing a brightly yellow, hooded robe, with big pockets often filled with books and tools. She has long dark and frizzy hair, and a long nose poking out from under small green eyes. Laura is often intensely studying a book or document, or tending to a plant with utmost care.
