Elias Matlen

At the top of Feathers peak lives an old, weathered man by the name of Elias malten. Elias is known to most people as the birdman, as he seems to be able to communicate with the feathered animals. He spends most of his time in the towers, especially at the top, and rarely steps out. But when he does, he is surrounded by birds. Elias has never seemed to be much of a talker, only answering with one word if forced to talk, although he likes to whistle. While he allows travelers to rest in his tower, he gets extremly defensive when someone asks about whats at the top

Personality

Elias is quiet, and doesnt seem to care much about any humans. At times it even seems if he dislikes most people as he prefers to keep his distance. Elias doesnt take well to jokes either, and simples grunts if one is uttered. The only time he seems happy is when feeding a bird.

Appearance

Altough he is of a tall statue, Elias appears short as he is often hunched over. He wears a wide hat, and along scarf so only his small eyes and long, thin nose are visible. Elias is often dressed in a long, dark cape, carrying only a cane and a sack of bird food. He is usally seen with one or more birds on his shoulder.
