Cisse Slipcut

An infamous criminal, known to most guards and law enforcers, sometimes only as a myth. No one knows where she comes from or where she lives, but she runs underground businesses in most large towns. She has contacts everywhere and can get almost anything done, for the right price. She spends half her time planning new schemes and opportunities to get more influence and the other half drinking, fighting and sleeping with both men and women. She also knows a bit of magic, but only uses it for show or small tricks. She actually met Peter Daggerrock once when he was shopping for questionable magic items and the two became friends and taught each other a few magic tricks. You can never find her though, if she wants something, she'll find you. Cisse often sneaks up on people without them noticing, just for the fun of it.

Personality

A mix of scary and teasy, but has earned the respect of a lot of people with her impressive skill in both fighting and different sorts of trickery. Always offers help when someone needs it, but only if she gets something out of it. She has betrayed people close to her for her own benefit. You don't want her as your enemy.

Appearance

Cisse has dark hair with white strokes, which she colors with magic as well as a golden nose piercing. She always keeps some type of weapon on her, but generally tries to blend in with a crowd when she can. Cisse often wears normal, but expensive clothes, with a coat over them, full of hidden pockets.
