Crystalborn Dwarves

Crystalborn Dwarves

Originally discovered in a diamond vein deep under Eimshire, the first Crystalborn was thought to be a prank, a small diamond statue of a baby Dwarf laid among the glittering crystals. However, when he was moved, he uttered his first cry. Over the years, more and more have been “produced” though little is known of how or why they appear in the mines. Despite sharing their various aspects of crystal and metal physiology with that of the Earth Stormblood, they are very much Dwarven to the core. With their increased fortitude and the unique aspects of their eyes, they are considered a family treasure when found below, and raised with care and love by their new adoptive parents.
