Infinity Automatons

Those cursed things, always nothing more than a couple of dingy rusty, lumbering eyesores. Why did he ever actualize those dang things instead of just leaving them on the pile of awful ideas where they belonged? Now Calypso has forced me to keep a close eye on this red furred little rebel. I mean what does he think he's going to do here anyways? He's a demon walking around like he owns the whole place. So confident... so suave, handsome... Also why am I feeling like this around him? This isn't logical at all, and Calypso probably doesn't love him, so why do I feel attraction like this? Should I bother working on it at all?

No definitely not. That's highly immoral to do. Just keep ever focused on the job at hand. I can't let my care for this one over-ride my mission here. Anyways focus Eclipse!

They're intended to be his bodyguards... though... I never understood how they were powered. This is one of the things I want to know is why they always seem almost glued to him. How paranoid is this dude? Calypso has really got me on a handful of a case this time, I think.

They're supposed to be ion cannons. They couldn't hurt a fly though. The power is barely enough to keep them running. Are they just expending ancient old batteries? They don't ever show signs of powering down or power decaying from them. All they seem to do is just walk around, aim their weapons at people and be a general nuisance. I read his thoughts about them, and they said that he thinks he can take over the world or something with this stuff. Like sincerely though, how on earth does he come up with these random thoughts? What's making them come forefront to his mind? What's he going to do, rust us to death?

Utility

Bodyguards most likely. They're equipped with photon light cannons on their arms for effs sake. How on earth could they possibly not be used as an aggressive factor when you consider Chronias' demonic origins? I swear, all of his stupid robots leave brimstone everywhere, it's disgusting.

Manufacturing

After a brief charge time the photon cannons prepare to fire. Some poor fucker gets in the way at the wrong time and boom, they become a pile of ash. At least that's what Chronias seems to think. Actually though they never really fired a shot. They've tried to but they're always falling apart around here and barely able to even stand up. He's getting closer to Solarus! Gotta hide my thought patterns again or he'll notice me!

Social Impact

Chronias seems heavily delusional. That these things actually cause any damage instead of just filling the streets with more brimstone permeating rust buckets. The last thing Calypso wants basically on his front lawn. He always sees them as nothing but "an affront to his glory" or some shit like that. I always just despise how fucking AWFUL the smell is though. YUCK!

Inventor(s)

Well obviously, the creator is Chronias. However, why do I feel the need to even say that again? Am I sincerely forgetting what I put down AGAIN!? Well maybe I should write down what he's like... well no, if I do that, he'll know I have a crush on him.... OH, CRAP SHOULDN'T HAVE THOUGHT THAT ONE!

Access & Availability

Extremely closely guarded is Chronias with his secrets. His technology and his brain are something he vainly believes is only to be used for his own selfish pursuits. He sees others as truly not worthy of sharing in the benefits of his technology. Least from where this shade is sitting. He'll definitely come and find me someday. Afterall, I'm his inner creativity... aren't' I? I sure hope so.

Complexity

How on earth did Chronias even get them to come to life? They have no power source, I of all people didn't even notice when he'd created them! I thought he was supposed to be connected to me! How on earth did I not get to figure out what he uses to power their function or even what their function was supposed to be!? A therapist in Infinitum is supposed to be able to read people's thoughts.... aren't they? Maybe I'm not as good at this as I thought...

Discovery

This fascinating technology is currently only bound to the demon artificer Chronias. He is the true main character and mastermind behind the Infinity Protocol, but that is indeed, a story for MANY other times.
