Government

Local functions are handled by the City Council. The council is hand picked by the King. The seat of power for Kalium is also located in Dis, and Ruling Council operates out of the Royal Manor. it is headed by Augustus Moragana Kalium XXXVIII, and advised by select members of his mercantile organization.
