Sathonov is a terrestrial planet the third planet within the Idrae Star System. It has an atmosphere, magnetosphere, and gravity similar to Earth. Its atmosphere is composed of carbon, oxygen, and nitrogen, making it safe to breathe for Earth and Agentha native species. In the middle of the Imperial Revolution, Sathonov was one of many planets that the United Interstellar Coalition used as a safe haven for human refugees during the Imperial Revolution.

Geography

Sathonov is like Earth in that it has several different continents divided by an interconnected ocean of saltwater. From largest to smallest, these regions are Arlon, Eurchon, Bleifor, Yuleigax, Parakosh, and Mebrish. Belifor is mostly savannah and intersects with the equator to create alien rainforests. Yuleigax acts as the planet's north pole and is heavy with high mountains. Arlon and Eurchon are both close to each other and have mostly temperate climates of deciduous forests and grasslands, making them easy picks for early colonization. Parahosh and Mebrish are located on the equator and are mostly covered in dense jungles with high humidity and low mountains.

Sathonov was discovered by humans in 4683 CE and was formally colonized the same year. It became a planetary member state of the United Interstellar Coalition in 4687. Sathonov served as a safe haven for humans after the Imperial Revolution turned the Milky Way Galaxy into chaos to live in.
