Droop get bored sit in jail, so Droop write stuff 'bout himself. Droop not know how write, so Droop tell Sildar guy what write, and Sildar guy write down. Thank Sildar guy.
Droop like eat. Droop really like eat. But lotsa time goblin food no good for eat. Bugs and hobgobs give goblin worst part of food. Goblin get bone and gristle when bugs and hobgobs get steak. Droop eat steak once. Now Droop want eat steak every day.
Droop hear about humans who cook food for job. Droop think they called cooks. Name make sense. Droop like that. But if human can cook food for job, why not Droop cook food for job? Droop want do that, so he ask bugs why not. They slap Droop and call name like "cook boy" and "human." Throw rotten meat at Droop and tell to cook, then laugh. But Droop not care. Droop know they feel bad inside. Make others feel bad so they feel good. Droop not blame them. They stuck in forever circle of feel bad.
But Droop know they wrong. One day Droop make food for job. Droop be cook--famous cook! Droop learn how and cook for people. Then people like Droop. And Droop also cook for Droop and eat steak every day!
