Illustratus The Realm of Stars

Illustratus, or Realm of Stars in the language of elves. The home continent of elven kind, and the new world for mankind. Over eight-hundred thousand years ago the first elves crossed over from the Feywild onto Illustratus, on what is now called the Sancre Naan, in the city of Enchirdon. For hundreds of thousands of years they lived peacefully on this world, alone with the spirits. They navigated the stars and lived harmoniously with the seasons.
In the third Summer of the 95111 AY the first humans arrived on Illustratus from Iobaria, year 1523 2HA in human time, and formed the Fallhast Collective.
In the current day of 258 AFC the Fallhast Collective is a shadow of its former self, only two human city-states remain, and the world of man collapses from the inside.
