Illisium

Illisium is a country full of magic, unlike its neighbor Sanaroth. It has seven major kingdoms plus many smaller clans spread throughout it. There are about five major magical races that dwell here; Dwarves, Elves, Witches, and Warlocks. Plus there are many smaller races, such as Merfolk, Sirens, Shapeshifters, Unicorns, Fairies and many, many more.   The country of Illisium has a wide range of landscapes; from mountains to long rivers, from deserts to vast forests. There are plains and green, rolling hills.   And then there are the islands, there are two bunches of floating islands that drift along above the country. The floating islands inhabited by the sky Warlocks mostly stick to the southern part of Illisium. While the islands inhabited by the sky Witches stay mostly in the north. In the northwestern sea, there is a large group of islands right off the coast of the Kingdom of Traylor. These are full of the merfolk and a few of the sirens, though most of those stay down south by the dragon's mountain range.   There is a diverse range of monarchy, most of them are kingdoms but a few, namely the dragons, are clans. They are ruled by the strongest among them and duel to the death to decide who has the right to reign. The danger is high, yet Illisium is a safe haven for all magical creatures. Unlike the sister continent Sanaroth.
