Sandwall

Capital city of the Kingdom of Darhaven.
Sandwall is a coastal city sitting upon a cliff of rock but with a long road winding from the main gate on the west-side down towards a bustling port on the sea front. The sea rests on the north side of the city. Ochre-coloured stone walls encircle the whole city, with little built outside. Inside, few buildings can be seen reaching above the walls, apart from the fort at the centre which is built upon the highest piece of land. A sewer system feeds into the sea, although an abandoned pipe leading to a stagnant cesspool can be found a ways to the south.
