Jungle Ooze Tassle

Anatomy
The Jungle Ooze Tassle has a central stalk that is roughly 2' in diameter. When a creature steps on a network of roots hidden by dirt and moss, a large bubble of ooze attached at the top of the plant swings down to capture its prey. The plant is roughly 20' ft tall and can capture large creatures.
Genetics and Reproduction
They are self-pollinating.
When their sap grows to be big enough, they will fall off to form Jungle Oozes.
Ecology and Habitats
They exist in semi-dense jungles.
Dietary Needs and Habits
They eat by waiting for prey to walk near and capture them in a bubble of sap. They prefer to capture animals and dissolve them in the sap.

Uses, Products & Exploitation
The moss found at the base of these plants are used in potions of acid resistance. When prepared properly, it is also an ingredient for a Universal Solvent.
The ooze from the top of the plant is one ingredient in the production of Sovereign Glue.

The moss at the base of the plant is a symbiotic species, it takes in the acidity of the surrounding soil that the Jungle Ooze Tassle gives off.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Near the base of the plant, it has the appearance of a barky tree. However, this is just coloration, it is actually a soft, smooth surface.
