Iernia

Iernia is a middle fantasy world. The world is ruled by a coalition of the humans in Arathia, the Dwarves in Novgerand and the High elves in Evalinia.   The world is reeling from the destruction of The uprising of Aristoche. An uprising of a secret cult of necromancer who, under the guidance of The Death God Xaros, managed to cripple the Kingdom of Thesbrooke. Whilst Aristoche was defeated, necromantic guerrillas still lurk across Thesbrooke, even leaking into Arathia. In the aftermath Thesbrooke became a protectorate of Arathia.   Up North the dwarves discovered a very rare mineral called Venerite which has magic cancelling properties on the cursed island of Skopej.   Whilst Aristoche was slain and his undead hordes have been destroyed, the cult of Xaros still holds sway over the world.   In The Shandalaar hills, it is found that an ancient philosophers prophesy is about to come true with catastrophic implications.
