Order of Beregal

Structure

The Order of Beregal is headed by the Master of the Order of Beregal, who is selected by the previous Master before their death.

Each Master of the Order of Beregal is possessed by a piece of the soul of Vaylor, which escaped from Vaylor's body when he was sealed in his tomb, allowing him to control the order and its actions.

History

The Order of Beregal is believed to be as old as human civilization itself. During the Great Revolution, the leader of humanity's forces became the man known as Beregal, who was exceptionally skilled in the use of the Drai, and thus was able to seal Vaylor inside of his tomb by the end of the war. Since then, the Order has taken up residence in Rivenmount, a place which is host to the largest source of Drai in the world.

Mythology & Lore

The Order of Beregal is devoted to preparing for Vaylor's return, which was prophecized in the Prophecy of Beregal. They do not worship any gods, unlike almost all other religions, but instead spend their time practicing with the usage of Drai and the making of potions.
