Mirann the Wildmother

Fey God of Animals, the Wilderness, Life, Vitality, and Instinct.
Mirann the Wildmother is the creator of animals and the tender of the natural world. She has struggled to stem the rising tide of civilization in the world and return to more primal societies of hunter gatherers, and she decrees to her followers to renounce technology and arcane magic. Mirann is unique among other Fey Gods of nature in that she commands all parts of the wilderness, whether that be tundra, forest, or desert; instead of just a single aspect. This breadth of her influence grants her less flexibility and control but more raw influence than many other gods, and as a result her followers range far and wide across Idris. Mirann has particular distaste for Kobolds and Dragonborn, as they are races which subvert the natural evolution of the world to instead be created by the meddling hands of mortals.   TENETS OF MIRANN:   Protect the wilds from the exploitation of mortals, by force if necessary.   Embrace the savagery and beauty of nature and live in its awe.   Oppose magic that would subvert natural law instead of embracing it.   Seek out and slay monstrosities or villains who would destroy the natural world.   The circle of life is natural and just, and what dies will feed the next generation.   SYMBOL OF MIRANN: A blooming tree
