M'Tumb the Rainbringer

Fey God of the East Wind, Spring, Mist, Rain, Fertility, Trickery, Agriculture, and Growth.
M’Tumb is the rain god of spring and the gentle growth that comes after a long cold. His conch coaxes gentle waters from Emeria’s clouds, and life grows and flourishes where he steps. M’Tumb’s blessings ensure bountiful harvests and long summers, and he is the deity of fertility and childbearning. M’Tumb is also a trickster god who thrives in mist and illusion, using his cunning to compensate for his inferior strength to evade Emeria’s wrath; bringing gentle rains to Idris instead of her harsh winds. He believes in the virtue of creating and preserving life in all of its forms, and allowing time to heal after the biting winter. M’Tumb is a generous and nurturing god who wishes to spread life, and so his Clerics often take up simple roles as farmers and caregivers for communities to help them prosper.   TENETS OF M’TUMB:   Spread life as the rain does.   Heal and shelter others, helping them recover for what is to come.   Society should exist to help all fairly, as no one person should have claim to what the rain grows.   Act with subtlety and caution, and understand when to vanish into mist if you face impossible odds.   Cultivate and hone your arts, as rain does to a field.   SYMBOL OF M’TUMB: The White Conch of Rain
