This is the Realm of the Well. The Celestial Well. A reservoir of power and essence left from the creation by the primordial's themselves, containing the energy to support all sentience within the universe. Not only does this energy support sentience, but it also has the power to shape worlds, and form gods. With enough manipulation of psychic energy, even men can manipulate this power of the Well. The world is very diverse, containing a multitude of different cultures, all within different stages of development.
