Birdfolk Counsel

Bita is an albino peacock and the most level headed. She is a true politician, being involved in some sort of administration role since a chick. She climbed the ranks to take charge of areas that needed work and guidance. While stern, her charisma establishes her as a strong leader not easily shaken. Her aloofness hides her truly love of the Wood. She seeks power not for herself but for the home she loves. Position means nothing without the people.   Ivor (Strig) is a horned barn owl and is older and wiser. His background in trade has given him a wide variety of experience, though from an owner and manager point of view. He is willing to listen and adapt, but only as he sees necessary. He is not a risk taker unless the risk is mitigated.   Lyron (Corvum) is a white throated Jay and a high level scholar. Her background with colleges and academics has made her an expert in all things Alderheart and generally in Birdfolk. Her leadership capabilities have helped better the education in the canopy and guided many into appropriate apprenticeships and trades. She has a love for academics, which can be a downfall when it comes to practical application. She is no foreigner to application but finds knowledge a foremost importance.   Monroe (Lumas) is a bleeding heart pigeon and a reverent bird, with a deep understanding of the Great Rhythm and the Evertree. His experience in the Holybranch has given him an accurate intuition of where the Rhythm is leading next. His time in Tyton's Cathedral have instilled a tenderness for all who have lost loved ones, Birdfolk and Humblefolk alike. He naturally rose to leadership through the encouragement and support of his peers. Though he didn't seek this position, he sensed that this is where his calling was. While he does have a soft spot for all, his time in the Council and away from the Holy sites have sometimes clouded his judgment. A position in politics tends to bring responsibilities and skills that need distance.   Freya (Raptor) is a black falcon and a harsh military general. She has a background in the Perch Guard, so she has seen the worst of the worst of the Wood. Her advice and leadership has helped guide Alderheart to be a safe and secure city, and even cut down on crime in the branches and trunk. However, her harsh, focused nature makes her very unapproachable and dismissive. She is wary and willing to make hard decisions in an instant.
