Imperial Volcanic Power Plant

When the Imperials took over operations on the planet, it can't be said that life didn't improve in some ways. A spaceport was added, a tram line. But most importantly, a sustainable power grid was added. More than a little of that power comes from the power plant that was installed on one of the many volcanoes on Hovi V. This was mostly done for Imperial needs such as extra power to the mines and powering the tram line, but either way it's an improvement. It is also an important asset so the defenses are formidable.
