  A colossal city with over 1,5 million inhabitants. All in a Old Victorian era gothic architecture. Expected people to meet here are Human, Elven, Haflings and Dwarf, however there are working orcs in the lower districts
  The police force of this city are "The Green Cloaks" in the inner circle, "Blue cloaks" in the center circle and "Red Cloaks" in the outer districts.
