The Series "Home" is the Final and Exclusive new Minecraft Building Series for the GrumpyOwlGaming YouTube Channel.   "Ixen", the creator of 'GrumpyOwlGaming' has been a YouTuber for just over three years, devoting his channel to a multitude of gaming videos scaling from AAA titles, to Independent Developers. Minecraft has always been at the heart of the channel however, and Ixen's love of building in the creative pixel landscape has always been apparent. The Series "Home" is to be the pinnacle of his Minecraft Career, saving the best for last.   What is "Home"?   Home is not just a series, it is an interactive experience within the world of Minecraft. It has it's own life, it's own dreams and failures. It is culture, religion, philosophy. - Ixen   On the surface, "Home" is an interactive single player Minecraft Series that will allow the viewers of the series to become immersed in the story unfolding before them. Using tools such as "World Edit", subscribers will be able to submit their own builds in contests to actually, virtually, be placed inside the world.             What Makes "Home" so Different from other Worlds?   It's a World, not a 'Seed'.   "The world of reality has its limits; the world of imagination is boundless." - Jean-Jacques Rousseau     The world and creation of "Home" is designed to be an immersive story that unfolds throughout the series. A distant war torn world is crumbling around its remaining inhabitants and the survivors of a great weaponized cataclysm have sent "The Architect" through a magic portal in preparation for a mass exodus. It is his duty to build the world that these survivors will soon call home. That is just the outside layer of the series however. The survivors are from unique and inspired Kingdoms, Biomes, and Cultures, and The Architect must utilize all his talents to create the perfect new homes for these unique and intricate peoples. Each "Kingdom" has it's own religion, it's own architectural style, cultural habits, death rituals, beliefs, attitudes, etc. and each will have to be built with this in mind. Bringing this level of storytelling to the builds themselves is what sets this series apart from many others. In addition, the subscribers to GrumpyOwlGaming are also utilizing their own imaginations to help build the cultures of these Kingdoms. They are given the ability to help create builds, characters, town names, customs, religious beliefs, and much more. Community and Culture are what set this series apart.   Home is where the Heart Is.   "Home" is not just another YouTube series. It is the culmination of years of building experience in the world of Minecraft mixed with the heart of the community of GrumpyOwlGaming.
