Scholars are the most learned individuals in High Million society. Dedicating their lives to their field of study, which may encompass any number of subjects, from history, to art, to mathematics. Field of Study:   - Scholar of Law and Economics: A scholar who studies the laws and economic systems of many High Million nations. Where others see an ocean of impenetrable data and random market forces, these scholars see the strings that need pulling to achieve a given goal. Furthermore, such scholars rarely find themselves in a jail cell, as they can argue another nation's law better than most of said nation's own lawyers.

+5 Intelligence in all matters of law and economics   - Scholar of Mathematics and Astronomy: A scholar devoted to learning mathematics has the background needed for understanding architecture, physics, and especially astronomy. And such a scholar's understanding of the stars yields benefits one can scarcely imagine.

Seeing connections where most others don't, one should never underestimate the usefulness of a scholar of history and art.
