Tenisva Bulwark Area

A swath of territory in the harsh Icespire Mountain range to the north of the Tenisva Duchy that is a heavily fortified region, garrisoned by the Azure Federation Army since the end of the Troll Wars.
A contested area for many reasons, the Tenisvan Duke considers the land theirs by right, a just compensation for the suffering of the past war while the Azure Federation considers it the only way to ensure that the ravaging of the previous war does not happen again. Very often in the Federation Senate does the continued occupation of the land come into question and it is only the raids and skirmishes by the warbands from the Jaegfang kingdom of Trolls that has let the Federation maintain the political will to hold onto the territory.
The Federation has not spent the previous 50 years idle, using the army stationed there as huge engineering and labor force they have created a network of fortresses, bulwarks and deep underground supply tunnels meant to shatter any troll army that could be sent against it. In the chaos following the Troll wars, the kingdoms within the Shattered Ord were too focused on infighting to contest this venture, leaving the Federation to create the largest fortification on the continent.

The northernmost Duchy of the Boraldessel Duchiesit is a harsh land of mountain passes choked with thick fir and isolated farmsteads. It was the most damaged by the Troll Wars and it is a shell of its former self.
Azure Federation
Boradessal Duchies
A dreary land of fog, forest and and steep hill and ravine. The Boradessel Duchies are a collection of allied Duchies, baronies and other noble houses on the far southwest of the continent of Keskad. The region as a whole is known as the Boradessel Forest and it is a thick forest set on craggy foothills. Darkness lurks within its shadowy boughs.
