Musara Mandate

The Mandate is not truly a ruling body of the Musara, for they have no such thing. The Mandata's only task is to oversee their brethren, and make sure all is well. It is comprised of the three great chieftains of the Musara, one from each of the great clans and families. They are tasked with organising the protection of the priesthood and the sacred sites of the people.
