prodigious mage and fervent follow of Estilbus, considered a bit of an oddball by many outside of Guild Vicar for his believes and at time esoteric behaviour. Adarn is fervently dedicated to preservation of knowledge. He sees it as any mage's duty to act in this interest, and that to preserve the future the knowledge of the today must be written lest it be lost like that of the past.
Adarn is a powerful mage in his own right, but as he often teaches his mages and students that any good mage works in conjunction with others and, the mages of Vicar as such fight best in formation rather than as individual power houses such as those of Ramar.
