Northern Cold Cream

In our world, we would call it Ice Cream, but Northern Cold Cream is better then general Ice Cream, made of Snow that falls on the northern mountain chain (Or at least it was used to, after it's popularization, it is made with all kinds of snow, including spell created), it has this sweet icy flavor that can be mixed with almost everything, very well used at cold beverages like ales and at desserts. Very tasty by itself or mixed with something else, all time's favorite.

The process of making it is, getting the snow and putting it on a wooden centrifuge with sugar (of any kind), milk (of any animal, but preferably bison), and mixing it for exactly 17 minutes and 13 seconds.
