Noise Complaint allows the user to manipulate sound-waves in a number of ways. All sound-waves in an area can be nullified, noises produced by the user can be altered in pitch and frequency to mimic other sounds and voices, and the power behind sound waves audible to the user can be amplified to the point where they create a powerful uni-directional pressure shock-wave.
