Tiefling

Tieflings are people with demonic or devilish heritage, their ties to the Beforelife clear for all to see. Colorful skin, strange eyes, horns and tails, Tieflings strike fear and prejudice in the hearts of all who see them. They are cast out, abused and forced to survive on the streets or not survive at all. Only in the Hovels to the Orcs and Goblins see Tieflings as powerful folks, everywhere else will shun them to the wilds.

The Tiefling heritage has existed for a long time, Tieflings are still widespread but often live in the wilds in small communities avoiding all others. Those in cities are treated as far less than most, it is rare Tieflings will find themselves in powerful positions unless they are extremely powerful or charismatic. Alas, despite their own free will, the threat that demons have a hold over Tieflings is far too much a risk for most to ignore.
