Plasmoid

The existence of the plasmoids is a strange one, especially regarding the fact that very little is known about oozes themselves. Strange, amorphous blobs that dredge through the lands eating whatever is in their way, with no brain or organs to control them. Plasmoids are near identical to their Ooze brethren, bar the fact that they have some odd sentience and the ability to talk. Plasmoids usually form their bodies into vaguely humanoid shapes, sometimes wielding weapons and armor with the added capability of being able to change their form at will.

It is believed by Drow scholars that there is a chance, however slight, that an ooze may simply be born with sentience and become a Plasmoid. Though this theory is debated, because nobody knows where oozes come from or how they reproduce. Neither do the Plasmoids, who can never remember their earliest years. Definitely one of the strangest races in Harodra, they are most commonly found on the surface in Daudr where the Undead seem to ignore them for their lack of flesh and bone.
