Orc

History paints Orcs as stupid brutes, muscle bound monsters of leathery grey flesh, tusked jaws and aggressive rage. That is what they are to the crusades that threaten their home, but they live like that because they have to. Orcs possess minds and personalities very similar to humans, they will care for family and community among their tribes like any other would, but their natural strength and numbers make them the best footsoldiers for the hovels.

Though almost always outnumbered, a single Orc could easily best ten men, harbouring an ancient rage dating back to Drastakash in the age of gods. It was said he created them as slaves, but they rebelled and escaped to Middgard where the Hobgoblins helped them integrate and live. They see humans as oppressors, just like the Many Headed Giant before them, and will do anything to secure a future for their children without the Crusades existing.
