Gnomes

Gnomes are a diminutive race who make up for their size with incredible ingenuity. Gifted with a keen mind for invention, Gnomes travel Harodra to show off their trinkets and creations. A spritely people, if a little meek, Gnomes are more than happy to help out travellers they come across. Gnomes are known for their helpfulness and kindness, but also their rarity. Settlements of Gnomes are very rare and most live in small communities all over the continent. Their largest number actually reside in Perlshaw, aiding the Dragonborn in their magical advancements.
Rock Gnomes: (Gamall, Latumk, Heitr) The most common species of Gnomes, Rock Gnomes are the surface dwelling Gnomes found all over Harodra. Nobody is truly sure why they are named that, but it is believed Gnomes were once a subterranean species that found their way to the surface and evolved to it.
Deep Gnomes: (The Old World) The biggest proof of the subterranean theory, Deep Gnomes are Gnomish Cousins notable for their Grey Skin and stocky builds. They are friendly though definitely more grumpy than their surface dwelling counterparts. Deep Gnomes spend much of their time mining in settlements throughout the Old World.
Wild Gnomes: (Kaldr) A mystery to be sure, Wild Gnomes sport crazy hair, tribal markings and a vicious, aggressive insanity nowhere to be found in their other cousins. Wild Gnomes are found making up the Scattershot tribes of the Northern Wastes. Their ingenuity still shines through however, creating siege weapons and carts out of bones and scraps found across the icy wastelands.
