Frogfolk Grung

Grung are bipedal humanoid frogs who are native to Needle Run. They come in a wide variety of mottled colours. They are tribal, territorial and dangerous but most known for their poisonous skin, capable of killing a man just with a touch. Due to the culture and location they have been brought up in, Grung are usually hostile to other races. Grung seem to be in a perpetual turf war with the Gummies and Lizardfolk of Needle Run, constantly fighting for land where the best food can be found.

Research was made into Grung, where a large group of young were captured and taken to Defender’s Ridge. It was found that Grung can be raised into pretty useful and friendly members of society if away from their usual cruel lives. It was also found that the poison in the Grung’s skin seemingly came from their diet, as these ones did not have the same toxins. Still, finding a Grung outside of Needle Run is an extremely rare circumstance.
