The House of Whispers is a myth that has been circulating recently. The Grand Duchy of Rusles has been claiming that Hoknath III has eyes and ears everywhere and the Cheans should not be trusted because of it. There is no proof that these spies even exist, some people believe Rusle while others believe they are just attempting to turn the other members of the Broscona Concord against the Cheans during the Southern Wars.
