Kruelia took control of The Desert of Decay after the Divine Wars. Unlike Imos, she does not gain pleasure from simply torturing souls for eternity. She enjoys having her work done for her, as a result, she tends to make deals with doomed souls of unfortunate mortals. She enjoys spreading misfortune and misery even throughout the Mortal Realm.
