Hoknath III

Emperor of the Chean Empire

Hoknath III is the grandson of Hoknath the Chain-breaker and is the current emperor of the Chean Empire. Unlike his father and grandfather, Hoknath III is less forgiving of his enemies and has a more vengeful mentality. After Hoknath II died and Hoknath III took the throne, he launched a military campaign against the Grand Duchy of Rusle.
