Dr. Felix Barton
Felix Barton was a wheelchair-bound scientist working for Acriave Industries industries, primarily on their efforts to create Metahuman abilities for the Sentinels program. He eventually turned super-villain and used the companies findings to construct super-powered Robot minions, as well as an exosuit for himself. His plans were ultimately thwarted by The Team.
