The Dragon Queen

Like her brother Bahamut, Tiamat was a part of the draconic pantheon long before mortals roamed Haeras. A creature of insuppressible greed, the queen of all chromatic dragons hoarded both treasure and power however she could.
Even though she suffered defeat at the hands of her brother and the other deities who fought back against her and her fellow Betrayer Gods, she is still said to force her will and bidding onto loyal draconids upon the material plane, her most loyal servants remaining the rare but powerful and fiercely intelligent chromatic dragons that embody her very being.
Her prison is believed to be in one of the layers of the Nine Hells, where she is confined to her lair.
To her followers, she orders these commandments:

• Amass wealth, and spend little. The gold, and the power that comes with it, is sufficient reward.
• Do not forgive or forget an indignity to yourself. Let no affront go unpunished.
• Take what you covet. Those without the strength to defend their dominion are not worthy to have a dominion.
