Haedalism

Divine Origins

When the new spell-weave first materialized itself Haedus was one of the first gods to figure out how to grant the use of magic to its followers. Rather then getting new followers in the more traditional way of influencing small things and granting visions and boons, Haedus choose a champion by the name of Divanth. Divanth would go on to inspire hope in the people of the chaotic realm and was instrumental in the founding of Haeldun.

Granted Divine Powers

Upon seeing the success of it´s first champion Haedus began to champion more people. These champions of Haedus were given three creeds to follow in exchange for the power granted to them: Inspire hope, recognize the choices, bear the consequences. When conflict inevitably arose between the champions Haedus decreed that none of its champions may cause harm to another, and that all disagreements be resolved by a trial of Haedus where the concerned parties compete in a mysterious contest where the winner is declared undisputed.
