Personal history
Leon Weber was born to a half-elven mother and a human father. His father was a very wealthy man who was a member of the Council, but his mother grew up in poverty. Leon's parents got married when he had turned 3 years old.
Leon's childhood consisted of advanced schooling and preparing to take over his father's position when the time comes. This wasn't what Leon really wanted, he was more a musician in his mind. At 13, he'd sneak off to the local tavern and play with the bards. The bards taught him many things, such as how to play different instruments. They also taught him to be more confident and charismatic.
Leon's father found out after about two months while checking up on him. Leon was forbidden from leaving the house, often locked in his room with his windows now barred during study hours. His father was more strict now, not tolerating anything Leon found fun, such as music and painting.
Once Leon was 18 and was appointed into the Council by his strict father, he never forgot about his charismatic charm and used it to deal with international and racial affairs. Technically being of mixed race, he takes racial matters seriously, often being more harsh with racist people. His views on race quickly spread through Traith, making the country more accepting of other races and those of an interracial background.
Now 60 years old, Leon still tends to international and racial issues, but still lacks an appointed person to take his place.
