The Fall of Authinein

It began when the billions of citizens went about their daily lives, worrying about their mundane concerns. Commerce, farming, politics. Suddenly, they noticed the skies begin to blacken, storms starting to swirl. They did not know that throughout, heroes were fighting a cosmic threat, and they were losing. Stoana had used great energy to fight Guzzarott but fell short in the battle. All she could feel when the heroes aided her was fear and suffering. The Demon Lords began torching them down in mere minutes.

_______ tells everyone that Guzzarott wants them to exist for him, hoping only their individual selves and struggling only to make life better, not agonizing about the other. He wants them to touch down, to their primal impulses, and become his conception, the predators they were meant to be. But they tell them there is another chance: to reach ahead of life and become something diverse. Creatures of affection, faith, fellowship. They were trusting the sentiments and the kinships, believing the message together. And the Heroes are there, fighting a conflict they know they cannot triumph, but because they believe them, they have hope.

The sky rumbles, and the seal of Guzzarott appears gigantic. They lost their virtue. Mortalkind chose Guzzarott and denied the heroes' plea. Guzzarott laughs and tells them in the satisfaction that he permitted them to appeal since he knew he would win. He put in motion the plan to free himself, starting with the Heroes finding the egg that fell from The Astral Sea and ending with Udomorn reviving him. The Multiverse was reshaped in Darkness. Guzzarott hurls a blast and disintegrates all the Heroes...

____ reforms in space and finds themselves on the surface of the Moon. They cannot contact anyone and grasps they have failed, yet they cannot let go. They are safe, but they are, in a way, outside of Guzzarott's new reality. They cannot attack, and if they attempt, they will lose.

At that moment, the Enlightenment appears, the Order of Gods who have been absent until now. They beheld the conflict since it arose and realized how it would die. They are defending them from Guzzarott, covering them in their energy. Before, they never intervened for one cause: they preserved something that might be the only force for things to come back, away from Guzzarott's power.

They reveal the Multiverse was circumscribed by separation, as it wasn't joined anymore. Evil proliferated the connection was shattered in all existence. And with the break comes panic and tension, driving the mortals to despair. That's why they were denied. But they have found a way through all the creation chronicle that must be redefined by them to fight back, a way that will lead them to a battle for everything.

United, the Heroes catapulted themselves inside the door opening the pathway back against Guzzarot one last time. Dark clouds swarmed the globe with paranormal monsters brought here from The Evil Planes across different worlds and spheres in a multiverse, transforming the world into reflections and gateways to those planes. 

Starting first was with the Great Magic Bombing, at the behest of mad cultist alchemists and dark sorcerers the world over, shifting the continent into a wild magic wasteland called Malheremus. Rhopadope Mountains would be the next land to be struck down, home to many would-be warriors. Having watched Authinein fall, many clerics and paladins in the armies on the ground faced the Gates of The Nine Hells, and in time, bowed to their forces. The oceans opened the crust and became the gateway for the Kraken to make them its home, unleashing, as well, a gate to the Far Realm.

There were Alliances of both chosen to take over their respective Realmlands. At the source point, the world of Illmythia ceded to the enemy in a matter of moments, for in the Illmythspace, the defeat to Guzzarott was the end of the final battle, a devastating blow to morale for any resistance grounds left in the Authinein Army. The continents rebirthed into a dark, draconic design to reflect its ultimate ruler.

When Stoana expended her energy brought by the last remaining of God's Divine Answers to her final prayers on Guzzarott, it damaged the sun. After the war, Stoana surrendered to The Dark Dragon Keizer's right-hand man, Emperor Udomorn, leader/Traitor of Authinein, now revealed to be an incubus seeking the powers of undeath to rule his lands forever. He would spare the heroes so they would not interfere in his quest for Lichdom. He agreed for the time being.

With all the citizens of Authinein, they joined the rest of the mortals, the natives to this world, as herded cattle, strapped to the Prime Material Antennae counterparts to those sprouted initially in the Shadowfell. Those who joined Guzzarott and his Darkness turned to serve him. All the surviving forces of The Former Nation Army were hunted down and imprisoned, cast down in the Gateway To Hells, constructed in the pits of Rhopadope, assigned with Stoana as their warden.

This world of pain is remembered as Grimverterus.
