Emperor Udomorn
The god Guzzarott has taken over Illmythia and is in the process of destroying all realities so that he can restart the Multiverse in his image. His general, the incubus Udomorn, aided by an army of a plethora of monstrosities enforces his rule. All resistance has been crushed and even Illmythia's military heroes have been press-ganged into servitude.
He is an ancient and powerful demi-fiend lich who is known and feared throughout the entire multiverse. He spent most of his time after the reshaping of the planes traveling the multiverse collecting powerful artifacts to hoard away in dungeons that he builds himself. He has plenty of followers and worshippers but he has no interest in actually becoming a god, although it is understood that he can do so. The tombs he creates are filled with powerful traps and monsters and store their souls in his phylactery, the location of which is the greatest secret in the multiverse.
