Ghédé Island & Las Almas (Giddy Island)

While some kingdoms have a focus of social stability and fostering open relations, others prefer 'a good time.' The southwest kingdom, Stella Sol, acquired several islands from native settlers and promised them access to their kingdom. However, when strife and war hit mainland, the kingdom began imposing restriction of their resources and began taking the islands', hurting their economy and lifestyle that is felt to this day.
However, one wouldn't realize it when they look at Ghédé Island, which seemed to try and scrub this negative image under the guise of the "Las Almas", a daily block party of the town of Loa Bay, which was revitalized as a gesture of kindness and forgiveness, allowing the city to prosper more than it ever had. It became an immediate tourist attraction for wealthy travellers, scholars, generals, and royalty who enjoy the native fruits of the island for a healthy investment.
Many other towns, split by the governing body of the island, were left out, facing a worse life of poverty and ruin. Their faces removed from the eyes of the outsiders, enforced by the kingdom and island ruler to ensure that the wealth doesn't become under attack. Many dream to live in Loa Bay, but those in Loa Bay fear of being sent back to the 'Nowhere Lands'. Even many resonators who had given hope to the islanders had fallen under the spell of the kingdom's riches or coerced otherwise to comply. Rebellion whispers through the muddied streets filled with living bones of what used to be the lively villagers ages ago. So far, their only hope has been to do whatever the island ruler demands for the hope of being greeted to the bay.
