Persephone (Περσεφόνη)
"Persephone is the goddess queen of the underworld, wife of the god Hades, and the goddess of spring growth along with her mother, Demeter."
Persephone is an agricultural and mortality goddess from ancient Greece. She is well-recognized for the negotiation: For the warmer half of the year, she assists in fertilizing the Earth. Once Spring and Summer are over, she returns to the underworld to rule alongside her spouse, Hades.
For chthonic deities, liquid offerings are usually poured out onto the ground or down the drain and food offerings are usually buried or thrown away; however, She will understand if you aren't able to waste food or drink
Unverified Personal Gnosis Notes:
seems to switch/flicker between sweet sides and badass sides quickly, maybe to make it easier for me to absorb her extremely complex and multi-faceted energy.
Invocation:
Persephone, glorious goddess, fair one with hair that flows like rippened grain, eyes that catch the clear blue sky, a smile sweet yet shadowed, O-light footed one who dances in flowered fields, I praise you. Persephone, lovely one who knows the feel of sun on skin, who knows as well the press of cold stone on warm flesh, in the world of the living, no maid is so alive as you, In the world of the dead, Persephone, you reign as queen, crowned with riches unsurpassed, enthroned in splendor, honored above all others. Goddess, child of the earth, bride of the darkness, I honor you.Offerings & Correspondences

Honorary & Occupational Titles
Azesia- “of the Dried Fruits” and/or “Who Seeks”
Brimo- “the Angry” or “the Terrifying” or “of the Crackling Fire.” The interpretation of “the Crackling Fire” refers to Hekate bearing the torches during the initial search for Persephone.
Carpophorus- “Bringer of Fruit”. This epithet was specific to Persephone in the role of Kore.
Chthonia- “of the Earth” or “Subterranean”
Daeira- “Knowing One”.
Deione- “Daughter of Demeter”.
Despoena- “The Ruling Goddess” or “The Mistress.”
Epaine- “the Fearful”. It is not that Persephone herself was afraid, but her worshipers praised her because of how they feared her.
Hagne- “Pure” or “Holy One”.
Hercyna- “of the Stone Enclosure”. This is a poorly understood epithet. In my opinion, it refers to her domain in the Underworld.
Kore- “The Maiden”. This is an alternate name for Persephone and was her original name before joining Hades in the Underworld. It can be used for her at any time.
Megala Thea- “Great Goddess”.
Melitodes- “Sweet as Honey”. Persephone, as seen above, was considered to be a terrifying Goddess. This epithet was used as a way of invoking her softly, with compliments.
Praxidike- “Bringer of Justice”.
Soteira- “Savior”
