Observer's Keep

Large crystal spire at the center of Kyn Alari is home to all history of Flavla. The top is known as the Observer's Deck and the rest of the spire is known as the hall of records. The center of the tower, on every floor, is a magical circle that can teleport you to your desired floor. Madam Alasse Olamyar is the Keeper of Records and is in charge of the Observer's Keep. It is the most important title in all of Flavla. She is tasked with collecting, preserving and distributing the history of Flavla. Underneath the tower is the Hall of Mirrors.
