Force Weapons
Conduits of Power
Force weapons are advanced, psychically-attuned close combat weapons that are only fully effective in the hands of a psyker. The name of the weapon derived from the word "the force" — common term for psyching energy and its use. Force weapons effectively act as deadly, psychic extensions of the wielder's own powers. They are designed to allow a psyker to channel deadly warp energies into their victim, acting as a conduit between the wielder's mind and the flesh of his target.
Casting Slots
Each force weapons has a number of slots that allow the user to cast Psychic Spells upon a successful melee hit. Spells that would effect one or more creatures only effect the target of the melee attack. If the spell requires an attack roll, that attack automatically hits. The number of slots recovers of 1 slot each sort rest and 1d6 slots each long rest. These casts do not count towards your corruption score but overuse can corrupt the weapon. Continued use of a corrupted weapon will transfer that corruption to the user.
