Craftsman
A Craftsman is anyone who uses their skills to make things. To become craftsmen people travel to Terin and set up their shop. For the first year they get to use the shop rent free. If they can make enough money to buy or rent the shop they do, otherwise they become the apprentice of a craftsman of the craft they want to learn. That way anyone without sufficient talent to set up shop anyway gains it.
